How can technology help you to learn history?

What do you hope to get out of this summer session? What are you hoping to learn (technology and history)?
technology can help me by giving me more information about a topic. for my own experience i can rate my technoly ability 9 out of 10, i feel confortable with it and i dont think i need any help with it. i hope to get more information about what i have missed during the scool year so i can pass it.
Day 2 - Tuesday June 26th 2.1 - Using Technology for Pre-Reading
Today's lesson focuses on strategies to help you with reading. The first one - pre-reading techniques. Answer the following questions on your "Week 1" page. Label it "2.1"
what does it mean to preview a reading?
why should you preview a reading before you actually read it?
what are some ways to preview - what do you do? what does it look like?
to preview a reading means to think what the text will be about before your read it by looking at the pictures or the tittle.

3.to preview a reading you can look at the pictures from the text or the tittle.
What observations and predictions about your document can you make based on this Wordle?
What connections to your background knowledge can you make?
What is the document going to be about?
base on the wordle the words that repeat the most most are bigger
i think this help you to see the main idea of the text.
this document will be about great britain, parlement, colonies, congress, and act.
2.4 - Using Technology During Reading
Now that you have previewed the document, you will read and interact with the text. Answer the following questions, and label it as "2.4"
what does it mean to be an active reader?
what is an example of an active reading strategy?
what is an example of marking up a text?
to be an active reader you should ask question and make connection wile reading.
an example of active reading strategy is to making up the text.
and example of making up the text is to highlight the text.
Based on your reading "The Stamp Act Congress" and the document that you completed the APPARTS for, what do you see as the major reasons that colonists decided to revolt against their British rulers? In other words, what were they fighting for/against?
Give specific examples of how people chose to fight for their freedom during the American Revolution AND explain them (you may want to explore the Mass Historical Site a bit more to answer this question).
Give another example from history of when people took part in a "revolution". What happened? Why? Who was involved? Who was not
the colonists were against the stamp act because they felt like the king was giving them unfair taxs.
they used to fight for theire freedom by organising a meeting and write a letter to the king or by protesting.
the boston tea party was a part of revolution and it was made by the colonist.

Day 3 - Wednesday June 27th
3.7 - Reflection of drawing
Answer the following questions:
1). Where did you start your drawing? Why?
- i start from the colonist side
2). What details did you notice in this picture through trying to draw them yourself?- i notice that the cptain was standing behind hi mens and there is a dog on the picture
3). How does this compare to an "I see/It means" activity? What is similar and different?- its like the same thing you pic the important details but i see it means its more faster.
4). Identify bias in this picture.- the british soldiers are the only one with guns

- What time of the day does it look like this event is occurring?
- it took place in the evening.
- Describe the actions of the British soldiers to the right of the picture, what are they doing?
- it lookes like they fithing back
- Describe the crowd to the left of the picture, what is happening to them?
- the crowd on the left is attaching the soldiers
- Identify Captain Preston and describe what he appears to be doing
- it appers that the captain try to stop the attack
- What could be the reason for these two very different pictures?
- maybe one was for the brtish soldiers and the othe for the colonist or maybe they were in different location.

- i would describe it as a massacre
